Payment Verification

Orders may undergo verification for security reasons.

Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually refunded automatically by the payment provider within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders

For Cash On Delivery orders, IN HERB reserves the right to confirm orders through call or message before dispatch.
