At IN HERB, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for skincare and cosmetic products.

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we follow a No Return & No Exchange Policy.

No Return Policy

Once a product is delivered, returns, exchanges, or replacements are not accepted.

This policy helps us ensure the safety, hygiene, and authenticity of every product delivered to our customers.

Exceptions (Eligible Cases)

We only provide support in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Leaked or defective item

To claim an issue, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Proper unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Product images

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable. If approved under exceptional circumstances, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
